Returns and exchanges

  • What are your return deadlines?

At Maripoza, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return request. In addition, returned items must be in their original condition, with their labels intact. Otherwise, the warehouse will not accept them. You will find more information in our returns and refunds policy.

  • What to do in the event of a defective product?

If an item is defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send a photo of the defect. Contact us by email at the following address: carla.soares@maripoza.fr and we will do our best to meet the request. Above all, do not return a defective product before contacting us, as it will not be accepted at our warehouse.

  • Return prices ?

- If your basket was less than 150 euros when purchasing the returned item: you are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of your item and you do not benefit from an advantage on future deliveries.

- If your basket was over 150 euros when you purchased the returned item and you are in metropolitan France, then your shipping costs are refundable according to the Colissimo France metropolitan rates. In addition, your next delivery on the site is also refunded, if you make the order within 48 hours of your refund. However, you must provide us with proof of the shipping price of the return package, in your name, by email: carla.soares@maripoza.fr otherwise your shipping and delivery costs will not be refunded.

  • Is it possible to exchange an item?

At the moment we do not offer exchanges so if an item does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. Afterwards, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Question about delivery

  • What are your delivery methods and costs?

You are entitled to free delivery for any order over €150. However, for orders under this amount, delivery costs vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected. Therefore, when confirming your order, you will be able to choose the delivery service that best suits your preferences.

Newsletter

  • How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To subscribe, you must enter your email address in the form at the bottom of the home page . To unsubscribe, click on the "Unsubscribe" link located in each newsletter.

Request for order modification

  • Can I change the delivery address of an order in progress?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change the delivery address by contacting us promptly at carla.soares@maripoza.fr.

Our products

  • Where do your products come from?

A partner workshop in Morocco makes Maripoza products. In addition, we favor ethical and sustainable production, using high-quality raw materials from Europe and Turkey. For the gusset, we use Oeko-tex certified French fabrics .

  • How to maintain your products?

To preserve the quality of your lingerie, we recommend hand washing. However, if you decide to use a washing machine, place your items in a washing net and choose a gentle cycle at a low temperature.

Questions about online orders

  • How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

After validating your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder.

    • How can I track the progress of my order?

    You can track the progress of your order via the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email or by visiting the "Track My Order" page.

    • An item I wanted to order is no longer available. What should I do?

    As our products are produced in limited quantities, it is unlikely that the item will come back in stock. You can choose another product or wait for the next Maripoza ephemeral collection.

    • Are payments on your site secure?

    Yes, all payments made on our site are secured with advanced encryption systems. Please feel free to contact us for further inquiries regarding payment security.

    • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal.

    Where to find us?  

    • Do you have a physical store?

    Currently, Maripoza is available exclusively online. However, we are organizing a pop-up in Lille in June. And other events could happen in different cities in France. Stay tuned to not miss anything!
